Welcome to the Catering service provided by Popeyes. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our catering ordering platform at https://catering.popeyes-menus.us. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use our catering services. Account registration requires accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Orders and Payments

All catering orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Popeyes Catering. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes, delivery fees, or service charges unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely at the time of order placement using accepted credit or debit cards. Orders may be canceled by Popeyes for reasons including but not limited to inventory shortages, pricing errors, or operational constraints.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds are issued for no-shows or late pickups. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high order volume. Popeyes is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control. Pickup orders must be collected at the designated location during posted business hours. Unclaimed orders after 30 minutes may be forfeited without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Popeyes Catering and its affiliates disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, trademarks, text, images, and design—is the property of Popeyes or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the site after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Last updated: March 15, 2025.
